Subscription Options
Buzzy offers both monthly and annual subscription plans to accommodate various user needs. Subscriptions are processed using Stripe, ensuring secure and reliable payment handling.
Trial Period
For certain products Buzzy provides a 14-day trial period for new users to fully explore the platform without any obligations. The duration of the trial period may change in future.
How to Cancel
If Buzzy does not meet your needs, you can cancel your subscription by:

Via Buzzy Workspace: log in to the Buzzy Workspace and click the profile icon in the top right corner. Open your profile and account management settings, then disable auto-renew.

Via Stripe’s Buzzy Subscription Portal: log in to Stripe using the same email address used to purchase Buzzy . This email may be different from the one you use to log in to Buzzy. If you cannot remember it, refer to your Stripe invoice or receipt. Once logged in, follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.

Via support: if you cannot access your workspace or Stripe portal, email support@buzzy.buzz and include enough detail for us to locate your subscription.
Effectiveness of Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle for monthly subscribers and at the end of the annual period for yearly subscribers.
Subscription cancellation confirmation will be sent within 3 business days.
Refund Policy
Because a trial period is provided, refunds are not available once the paid subscription period begins. This policy is intended to give users time to evaluate the platform during the trial.
For annual subscriptions, consider long-term requirements carefully, as refunds are not available after the trial period.
Reservation of Rights
Buzzy reserves the right to refuse continuation of service if the terms of the trial, monthly, or annual subscription are not met, as detailed in Buzzy’s Terms of Service.
